good location neat bathroom limited menu unfriendly staff

location are good and i find breakfast very good. the room and bathroom was exactly as advertised and neat. breakfast was included and served in the coffee shop.

instead, i were presented with a limited set menu.

helpful staff best pillows elevator sounds disappointing response

the staff was helpful, providing recommendations and answering requests. the room included pillows i had never seen before.

the elevators made disturbing sounds since my room was situated between two of them. i was disappointed with the initial response i received regarding this problem, specifically because of the room's price.

Fantastic Hotel with AMAZING Location!

prime location helpful staff

The location is PRIME! It is so close to many key attractions. The room was also very clean and quite nice. I found it easy to reach my room after a long day. The staff were helpful, offering great recommendations and attending to different requests.

I experienced a slight issue with the room's proximity to the elevators. The sound was a bit disturbing! I wish there was more sound isolation.

The hotel offers breakfast at Copenhagen Cafe Lab within the building, accessible by elevator. Fresh juices and assorted pastries were available. Excellent coffee is also available there. The cafe also had a very clean environment.

My Beautiful Room was clean and well-kept. The bed linen was super comfortable. A fridge and a TV were included in the room. The air conditioning system worked very well.

The hotel has quick access to transportation. Trams, busses and the metro are all within walking distance. The location is in a very central location. It made getting around very convenient.

The reception staff was friendly and helpful with all my needs. They provided assistance with the small things. I had quick assistance with anything I asked. Their help was really GREAT!
